He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward Arthur, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Terry Clay Arthur; his daughters, Jamie Lynne Arthur Warf (Kenny) and Abbey Arthur Buhrman (Chris); his granddaughter Aubrey Ann Buhrman; his mother Frances Reeves Arthur; and his sister Donna Arthur Barwick (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
