She was predeceased by: her stepfather Deacon John R. Harvell; her husband Russell Claiborne; her son Shawn Jones; and her siblings, Robert M. Wiggins, John R. Harvell, Jr. and Shirley A. Harvell.
She is survived by: her children, Clarence M. Wiggins II of Dinwiddie, Melvin D. Fells of Dinwiddie and Audrey O. Hinds (Dwayne) of Chesterfield, Virginia; her sisters, Otelia M. Boswell (Theodore) of Richmond and Linda A. Lynch (William) of Henrico, Virginia; her grandchildren, Samantha R. Hinds and Dwayne; her nephews, Robert "Bobby" Wiggins of Chesterfield and Eric R. Harvell of Newport News, Virginia; her niece Jayla S. Harvell of Newport News; and her sisters-in-law, Dru Wiggins Roane of Chesterfield and Anita Harvell of Newport News, Virginia. She is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
