She was predeceased by: her parents, John Morton Huddleston, Sr. and Ola Mae Trent Huddleston; her husband Thomas Maxey, Jr.; and her siblings, Deloras "Betty" Puett, Zanie H. Jamerson, Milton Huddleston and Morton Huddleston, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, John Thomas Maxey and Richard Lee Maxey; her siblings, Mary H. "Cat" Butler and Joe G. Huddleston; and her grandchildren, Hunter Lee (Rebecca Marie), Jordan Allan and Taylor Lynn Maxey. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
