She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Gormus and Laura Wharam Gormus; her husband John Marshall Davis; and her siblings, Samuel, Walter, William, Annie Mae and Nannie.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Rowland (Rick) of Danville, Thelma Llewellyn (Chuck) of Buckingham, Theresa Bryant (Tim) of Dillwyn and Johnny Davis (Sandy) of Dillwyn; her grandchildren, Charlie Llewellyn (Kristine) of Powhatan, Ben Bryant (Katie) of Dillwyn, Thomas Llewellyn (Alex) of Buckingham, Will Bryant (Ashley) of New Mexico, Kristen Davis (Jason) of Pennsylvania, Jeannie Davis of Farmville, Marsha Davis of Dillwyn, Jackson Bryant of Dillwyn, Hannah Davis of Dillwyn and Scarlett Davis of Dillwyn; her siblings, Margaret Vance (Fred) and Clarence "Monk" Gormus; and her siblings-in-law, Annie Mae Wharam, Shelby Jones (Melvin) and Clarence Davis (Agnes). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
