We are sad to announce that on September 10, 2023, at the age of 81, Robert Daniel Farrar Jr. of Dillwyn, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Farrar and Katherine Farrar; his son Robert Daniel Farrar III of Frederick; his granddaughters, Willow and River Farrar; his siblings, Ramona Farrar Hatcher of Columbia, Karen Farrar of Dillwyn, Tim Farrar of Dillwyn and Larry Farrar; his former wife Dorothy Farrar; his caregiver Missy Fucina; and also, Brittany Hopkins of Virginia and Pearl Schaffer of Virginia. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, of which Danny's was a devoted patron for many years.
