He is survived by: his parents, Vince Marshall and Janet Marshall; his grandmother Doris Dungan of Williamsport, MD; his brothers, Nicholas Isaac and Steven Thomas; his niece Abigail Grace; and his pet Diesel. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be mailed to Boy Scout Troop 52.
