He is survived by: his spouse Delorias Haskins Perkins; his children, Maloyid Perkins, Jr. (Elaine) of Norwich, CT, Charlene Scruggs (John) of Madison Heights, VA, Angela Thomas (Gary) of Manassas, VA and Kim Perkins (Michele) of Roanoke, VA; his daughter-in-law Lydia Haskins of Dillwyn, VA; his foster sister Betty Jane Eldridge Stewart of Baltimore, MD; and his sister-in-law Cora Perkins of Buckingham, VA. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
