With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Randolph Martin (Dillwyn, Virginia), who passed away on August 7, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Ruby Ayres and Clarence Isaac Martin; his siblings, Lee Martin, Wilbert Martin, Thomas Earl Martin, Ray Martin, Annie M Rippeon and Mae M Corum; and his granddaughter Janet Driver.

He is survived by: his siblings, Lewis Martin (Virgie) of Famville, Paul Martin (Jeanette), Proffitt of Arrington and Frances M Grigsby of Cerro Gordo, NC.; his wife Carolyn Marie Hartley; his sons, Jerry Martin (Kathy), Randy Martin (Martha) and Tommy Martin (Bonnie); and his grandchildren, Randy Jr., Aaron of Tyler, LJ and Annie Martin.

Memorial contributions may be made to Cedar Baptist Church Building Fund.
