He is survived by: his wife Grace Haddix; his siblings, Bruce Haddix of Elkins and Iris Cutright of Elkins; his children, Amy Cummings, Earl Haddix and Stephanie Naves; his stepson Carlos Chambers; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Harper, Wilbur Chambers, Charles Chambers and Thomas Chambers; his nephew Dwight Haddix; and his close friends, Luke Fleshman and Mike Holden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
