Rowe, Jr.; her wife JoAnn; her daughters, Jean Nixon (Phillip), Bobbie Martin, Linda Tyson, Sandra French, Rhonda Poulston, Jimmy Brown and Kim Smith (Terry); and her sister Mary Ruth Latham. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
