He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Rosser Fulcher and Mary Jamerson Fulcher; his wife Carol Lee Fulcher; and his siblings, James (Jim), Hoover (Joe), John Fulcher, Pearl Fulcher and Nancy LeSueur.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa F. Bailey (Jeff) of Dillwyn and Kim F. LeSueur of Dillwyn; his siblings, Henry Fulcher of Lynchburg, Elsie F. St. John of Richmond, May F. Fulcher of Farmville, Marie F. Garrett of Dillwyn and Betty Fulcher of Lynchburg; his brother-in-law Donald K. Reardon (Anna) of Florida; his grandchildren, Josh Bailey (Jaime) of Dillwyn, Danielle LeSueur (Scott) of Dillwyn, Whitney Davis (Eric) of Dillwyn, Claire LeSueur of Dillwyn and Emily LeSueur (Anthony) of Midlothian; his great grandchildren, D. J., Sawyer, Dawson, Fynn, Brixx, Sophia and Riley; and his granddaughter Kathy "Sis" Midkiff.
