He was predeceased by: his cousin Trenton Ray Clutter; and his stepfather McCourt. He is survived by: his sons, Chad "Chaddy" Given Steven Given II and Gunnar Taylor Given; his father Gregg Given; his siblings, Staci Given Hall and Bucky McCourt; his grandmother Lina Hamrick; and his father Forever II. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
