She is survived by: her children, Susan Mullins (Jonathan) and Wes Blevins; her siblings, Iretta Salyers (Doyle), Lucy Ratliff (Mike), Fern Christian (James) and Rex Salyer (Susie); her grandchildren, Karrie Moses (Aaron), Travis Blevins (Courtney), Katy Vance (Damon) and Kenzie Sheets (Cody); her great grandchildren, Caroline Willis, Amelia Moses, Hank Blevins, Emmy Lou Blevins, Rubye Blevins and Keith Blevins; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Blevins.
