She is survived by: her children, Walter McKinney (Loretta) and Amber McKinney of Clinchco; her brother Ervin Moore of Dante; her grandchildren, Scott McKinney, Kayte Counts, Shay Counts and Rita McKinney; and her great grandchild Gunner McKinney.
