With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emma Rose Stanley of Dickenson County, Virginia, who passed away on July 23, 2021 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Emma Rose Stanley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Lee Stanley; her parents, Woodrow Rose and Barbara Rose; and her siblings, Carl Rose, Bobby Rose and Doris Hensley.

She is survived by: her children, Harry Lynn Stanley (Frieda) of Clintwood, Della Vanover (Stacy) of Coeburn, Teresa Stanley of Lebanon and Leonard Wayne Stanley (Joy) of Rosedale, Virginia; her siblings, Terry Lynn Rose (Kathy), Anna Jane Stanley, Linda Rose and Mary Sluss; and her grandchildren, Joshlyn Stanley, Hank Stanley, Shauna Stanley, Kayla Rose, Shonna Fannin, Stephanie Santos, James Vanover and Matthew Stanley. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Brownlow Rose Cemetery, c/o Terry Rose.
