She is survived by: her children, Danny Ray Phipps (Janie), Shawn Phipps of Clintwood, Pam Phipps of Clintwood and Heather Robinson (Steve) of Bristol, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Daniel Phipps, Jacklyn Phipps Stallard, Elijah Phipps, Abigail Robinson, Maggie Robinson and Carson Fuller; her great grandchild Blake Stallard; and her pet Peach.
