He is survived by: his wife Vicki Wright Mooney; his parents, Merl Mooney and Vicky Collins Mooney; his daughter Autumn Mooney; his grandson Easton Dutton; his stepson Evan Steele; his stepgrandson Kasey Cox; his sister Jennifer Mooney Deel (Eric); his nieces, Mariah Steffey Cook (Tyler) and Brittany Deel McKissick (Brad); and his nephew Aaron Steffey.
In lieu of flowers, amounts can be pledged to a future non-profit to be set up in Dicky's memory to assist Dickenson County residents with expenses for cancer treatment.
