He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Norris and Marian Norris; his wife Shirley; and his great grandchild Maren Eloise Norris. He is survived by: his children, Willard Norris (Beverly) and Martha Oliver; his grandchildren, Amy Bull (Kevin), Chucky Oliver (Kate), Brad Norris (Danielle), Jonathan Norris and Ryan Norris (Jeanne); and his brother-in-law Edward P. Harrow, Sr. (Sondra). He is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
