He is survived by: his wife Betty Mothershead Harrow; his children, Susan Short (Charlie), Sharon Brann (Reggie) and Allen Harrow (Cathy); his siblings, Garland Harrow (Diane) and Doris Norton (Sheldon); and his sister-in-law Nancy Hinson (Orren). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Due to Covid-19 guidelines there will be a private graveside service.
