It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Wayne Elliott of Deltaville, Virginia, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Elliott and Adelaide Elliott; and his wife Holly Karen Elliott. He is survived by: his son Scott Elliott (Betsy); his grandchildren, Anabelle and Logan; and his siblings, Kathy Mozingo (Dennis) and Junior Elliott (Christy). He is also survived by numerous nephews and cousins.
