He is survived by: his wife Myra Hurd Wall; his aunts, Barbara Moore and Vivian Wall; his sister Melanie Wall Adiff (Glenn); his niece Krystal Adiff McCabe (Robert); his parents-in-law, Norton and Alvine Hurd; his brother-in-law Michael Hurd (Beth); his niece Madeline Hurd; his nephew Carter Hurd; his brother-in-law Jack Hurd (Denise); his nephew Jonathan Hurd; and his niece Amy Hurd.
