It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard Herman Scott Jr. of Delaplane, Virginia, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Paris Keena Scott; his daughters, Sally Scott Swiatek and Mare Scott; his grandchildren, Sally Marie Swiatek and John Willard Swiatek; and also Mary Scott (Dwyer).
