She was predeceased by: her parents, William Landrum and Charlotte Landrum; and her husband William Franklin Owens, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Carol Ahmad, William Owens, III and Charles Owens. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandchild.
