She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Benjamin and Pammie Strawderman (Whetzel) of Virginia; her children, Randy and Sandy Golladay; and her siblings, Omer, Wilbur, Garland Strawderman, Goldie Orebaugh and Arvesta Taylor.

She is survived by: her husband Roy Duane Burgandine; her children, Margaret Reedy (James) and Willie; her cousins, Barbara Cousins, Sharon Hoover (Donnie), Bobby, JoAnn and Pammie Jarvis (Mark); her siblings, Beverley Strawderman, Shirley Matheney and Margaret Ritchie; and her sister-in-law Linda Kelley. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
