He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Raoul Boucher and Rosalina Morales Boucher. He is survived by: his wife Sally Boucher; his sons, Nicholas Boucher and Timothy Boucher; his sister Denise Boucher of Alexandria; his sister-in-law Katy Culp (Dave); and his nieces, Sarah Culp and Beth Culp.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Trinity Presbyterian Church (725 S High St, Harrisonburg, VA 22801).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests charitable contributions be made to The Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, WMRA Public Radio, or Trinity Presbyterian Church.
