He is survived by: his children, Barbara Colvin (Scotty) of Dayton, Robin Klobcar (Darrell Campbell) of Churchville, John D. Croushorn, II (Virginia) of Dayton and Dirk Croushorn (Shemaine) of Dayton; and his uncles, Bill and Lawrence.
