We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2024, at the age of 91, Hugh Richard Robinson of Dayton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Robinson and Beatrice Robinson (Gordon); and his sister Clarice Robinson Womble. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Petties-Robinson; his siblings, Cynthia Scott, Bryant Robinson (Valerie), Joscelyn Robinson (Rachel), Clover Robinson Tyson and Jonah Robinson; and his close friend Alpa Small. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dayton United Methodist Church, 215 Ashby St., Dayton, VA 22821.
