With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard William Michael of Dayton, Virginia, born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, who passed away on June 13, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wilson and Thelma Michael (Long) of Virginia; and his siblings, Janis Lambert, Roland Michael and Paul Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Michael (George); his children, Catherine Register (Jerry Meeks) of Riverview, FL, Linda Little (Warren) of Dayton, Gregory Lee Michael (Lisa) of Bridgewater and Douglas William Michael (Tammy) of Bridgewater; his grandchildren, Robert Knott (Marsha), Kevin Knott (Ashley Michael), Jennifer McDaniel (Travis), Christina Pollard (Ryan), Amanda Bolton (Chad), Rebekah Shifflett (Dillon), James Michael (Valeria Hiner), Sarah Wicks and Jacob Michael; and his brother Allen Bruce Michael (Helen) of Mount Crawford. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
