She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy D. Burkholder and Mary Rodes Burkholder; and her brother Roy DeWitt Burkholder, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Harry R. Burkholder, Oliver A. Burkholder and LaVonne B. Simmons (David); her sister-in-law Hannah D. Burkholder; and her nieces and nephews, Kenton L. Burkholder (Jennifer), Burke D. Simmons (Allison), Darlene B. Rounds (Doyle) and Jill S. Richter (Keith). She is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews, and one great-great-niece.
