With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Elizabeth Zimmerman Miller of Dayton, Virginia, who passed away on November 18, 2024 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Elizabeth Zimmerman Miller to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Zimmerman and Lena Zimmerman (Foster); her husband Paul Nelson Miller; her stepson Ray Miller; her brothers, Allen (Peggy Zimmerman) and Robert (Linda Zimmerman); and her nephew Michael Zimmerman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeannie Watkins (Todd) and Virginia Miller; her stepson Daryl Miller (Suzanne); her brother Fred Zimmerman (Kathy); her grandsons, Seth Miller, Clay Miller (Sarah), Bryce Miller and Nicholas Harville; and her great grandchildren, Wade Miller and Lilah Miller. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Service (208 S Main St, Bridgewater, VA 22812). A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Briery Branch Church of the Brethren (6628 Briery Branch Rd, Dayton, VA 22821).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Briery Branch Church of the Brethren, Picnic Shelter.
