He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee I. Rhodes and Sarah Catherine Rhodes (Van Pelt); and his sister Dorothy Champion. He is survived by: his sisters, Delores Mountz of Collegedale, TN, Betty Grames (George Grames) of Redlands, CA and Brenda Fluharty (James Fluharty) of Dayton. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
