He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Coakley and Mary Etta Jones Knicely; his wife Anna Grace Wenger Knicely; and his siblings, Pauline Horst (Amos), Marie Rohrer (Frank), Marvin Knicely (Maude), Ethel Rohrer (Marvin), Alice Knicely, Reba Shank (Owen), David Knicely (Mabel), Martha Shirk (Paul), Blanche Martin (Oscar), Louella Wenger (Harry) and Howard Knicely.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Knicely (Sharon) of Dayton, Steven Knicely (Michelle) of Rockingham, Everett Knicely (Martha) of Dayton and Margaret Michael (Steve) of Mt. Crawford; and his sister-in-law Arlene Knicely. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 63 great grandchildren.
