He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Breeding and Ruby Iline Jackson Breeding; his brother Charlie Breeding, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Harold Mitchell. He is survived by: his siblings, Eddie Breeding (Edna Sue) of Lebanon, Joyce Mitchell of Council and Phyllis Statzer of Hansonville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of cousins, friends.
