He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Sullivan and Ailice Lambert Sullivan; his former wife Kathy Mae Barton Sullivan; his siblings, Rev. Arthur Lee Sullivan, Roy James Sullivan, Mae Lovett, Beulah Farmer, Bessie Lester, Maudie Gay Barton, Evonne Stacy, Lucille Lester and Laura Breeding; his half-sisters, Rausie O'Quinn and Martha Lambert; and his great grandchild Natalie Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Christene Sullivan; his children, Donald Ray Sullivan (Norma) of Abingdon, Christopher Michael Sullivan (Sherrie) of Gate City, Virginia, Melissa Marie Wilson (Dexter) of Council and Deidre Ann Sullivan of Bee, Virginia; his grandchildren, Trista Buchanan, Jonathan Wilson, Douglas Wilson, Caitlin Sullivan, Tyler McGlothlin, Lucas Sullivan, Keaton Sullivan, Kaigan Sullivan and Jaxon Sullivan; his great grandchildren, Dominic Sullivan, Chandler Wilson and Eliza Buchanan; and his sisters, Arlene Fletcher of Honaker, Delphia Wilson of Bee and Irene Harris of Belfast, Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, church family and friends.
Due to COVID restrictions mandated by the governor, a mask is required.
