He was predeceased by: his parents, John Eddie Logan and Marie Lipford Logan; his spouse Symeria Gunter Logan; and his siblings, Clara Mae Fitzgerald, Jimmie Rae Logan and Willie Thomas Logan.
He is survived by: his son David Gunter of Ringgold, VA; and his siblings, Dorothy Turner of Ringgold, VA, Polly Mitchell of Danville, VA and Johnny Motley, Jr. of Danville, VA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic, a viewing will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 6-8 PM from Fisher and Watkins Funeral Home with a limit of 10 people at a time, masks are required.
