He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Barker and Delitha Skinnell Barker. He is survived by: his wife Rose Maria Brown Barker; his daughter Tonya Bucchi (Steve) of Danville, VA; his grandchildren, Kaytlin Barker of Radford, VA and Gia Davis (Christopher); and his siblings, Cody Barker (Linda), George Barker (Rachel), Pat Barker (Rhonda) and Patty Barker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wrenn-Yeatts Westover Chapel (5858 Riverside Dr, Danville, VA 24541).
