She is survived by: her children, Jo Ann Pyles Saunders of Danville, VA, Donna Sanders (Dexter) of Danville, VA, Deborah Pyles of Danville, VA, Gerald Pyles (Lisa) of Danville, VA, Donald Pyles (Emma) of Danville, VA and Charles Pyles of Danville, VA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fisher and Watkins Funeral Home (707 Wilson St, Danville, VA 24541). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Liberty Hill Baptist Church (128 Lincoln St, Danville, VA 24541).
