We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2025, at the age of 79, Rebecca Lesley Norris of Danville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marilyn Merrill Lesley and John Tate Lesley. She is survived by: her husband Andrew Leon Norris, Jr.; her children, Andrew Leon Norris, III (Tracey) and Stephanie Simmons (James); her siblings, Jane Pence (Richard), David Lesley (Jane) and Johnny Lesley (Freda); and her grandchildren, Becca Simmons and Sophia Norris.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Norris Funeral Services & Crematory - West End Chapel (511 Church Ave, Danville, VA 24541). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Danville Memorial Gardens (4849 Riverside Dr, Danville, VA 24541).
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to Moffett Memorial Baptist Church, 1026 N. Main St, Danville, VA 24540 in Mrs. Norris' memory.
