He was predeceased by: his parents, Alene Jacobs Keen Moore and Russell Aubrey Keen; and his brothers, Russell Wayne Keen and Ralph Everrett Keen. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Keen Ellis (Scott Slaughter) of Blairs, VA; his significant other Mary Propps; his siblings, Robert Carroll Keen (Cheryl) of Danville, VA and Carolyn Marie Keen of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Charlotte "Charlie" Nadine Ellis, Cayden Aubrey Slaughter, Jonah Lane Slaughter and Jerome "Jay" Clark Slaughter; and his stepson Timmy Wayne Eanes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Norris Funeral Services, Inc. Mt. Hermon Chapel (3995 Franklin Turnpike, Danville, VA 24540). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
