He was predeceased by: his parents, C. G. Littleton and Anne Williams Canon. He is survived by: his wife Joanie Ware Littleton; his children, Winfield Littleton (DeVeaux), Leslie Littleton Smith (Phillip) and Michael Chattin (Kimmie); his grandchildren, Win Littleton (Elizabeth), Brooke Littleton Davis (Matthew), Memory Littleton, Kirsten Glasgow (Derek), Huntley Chattin and Harlyn Chattin; his great grandchildren, Avery Kirkland and Elyse Davis; his brothers, David Canon (Ann) and Richard Canon (Connie); his father-in-law Walter Ware; and his siblings-in-law, Jessica Ware Quisenberry (Tim), Carlton Ware (Marsha) and Jeff Ware.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wrenn-Yeatts Westover Chapel (5858 Riverside Dr, Danville, VA 24541). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest that memorial donations be made to the Danville Life Saving Crew at 202 Christopher Ln, Danville, VA 24541.
