With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanette Goodson (Danville, Virginia), who passed away on October 17, 2019 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gover, Sr. of Washington and Viola McDaniel Gover; her husband Gary Wayne Goodson, Sr.; and her siblings, Bonnie Gover and Roger Gover, Sr..

She is survived by: her sons, Gary W. Goodson, Jr. (Cindy) of Ringgold, VA and George "Guy"; and her brother George W. Gover, Jr. (Skip).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest that memorial donations be made to Angel Search and Rescue INC P.O. Box 921 Chatham Virginia 24531 or a charity of your choice.
