She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Mayhew and Roxie Rigney Mayhew; her husband Otis Joe Goins; and her siblings, Frances Elizabeth Rigney, Raleigh Rigney and Cecil Rigney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn G. McCurry (Ricky Lacks) of Ringgold, VA and Sandy G. Moran (Chris) of Ringgold, VA; her siblings, Tressie Pruitt of Ridgeway, VA, Jerry Rigney (Sharon) of Danville, VA, Junior Rigney of Danville, VA and Lynwood Rigney of Martinsville, VA; and her grandchildren, Joey McCurry, Jessy Lacks, Alex Moran and Haley Moran.
The family suggest that in lieu of flowers that memorial donations be made to the Ringgold Fire & Rescue, P.O. Box 10, Ringgold, VA 24586.
