He is survived by: his wife Merilyn Anita Knick; his daughters, Sherry Hardison (Donald) of Danville, VA and Deanne Vito (Emanuel) of Wake Forest, NC; his sister Lola Gede; his grandchildren, Marissa Dumont (Matthew), Greyson Hardison, Alexandra Wilson and Abigail Wilson; and his stepgrandchildren, Joseph, Benjamin and Katie Vito.
