He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Rowley; his parents, Erna Rowley and Raymond Rowley; and his siblings, Esta Damron, Leroy Rowley, Charlie Rowley and Paul Rowley.
He is survived by: his children, Jenny Ford (Mark) and Wesley Rowley (Kim); his grandchildren, Chasity Rowley, Kala Ford (Alec), Hannah Sheppard (Jarrod), Rocky Ford (Mariah), Addisyn, Grayson, Claire, Meredith, Isabella and Eleanor; and his siblings, Erma Miller, Mary Clifton and Will Rowley (Barbara).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Handley Funeral Home- Danville (439 Phipps Ave, Danville, WV 25053). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 338 Low Gap Rd, Danville, WV 25053.
