He was predeceased by: his father Percy Ramsey Mayhew; his sister Doris Jones; and his pet Lorelei. He is survived by: his sister Donna Hankins (Danny); his niece Jennifer Boyd (Carlton); his nephews, Jarrod Hankins (Michelle) and Jonathan Hankins; and his great-nieces, Caitlin, Rachel and Lydia Boyd.
