He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leslie Kaake, Sr. and Wanda Thompson Kaake; and his sister Ginger Steele. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer "Jenni" Morris Kaake; his daughter Jamie Bowen (Josh) of Walkertown, NC; his stepchildren, Jessy Barker, Kasey Adkins, Tristan Aaron and Savannah "Vanny" Hazelwood; his grandchildren, Aiden Bowen, Nova-Lee McDowell, Gracie Bowen, Karson McDowell and Ezekiel Bowen; his brother Lee Kaake (Susie) of Ft Worth; and his pet Diesel.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Fellowship Baptist Church (1029 Halifax Rd, Danville, VA 24540).
