He is survived by: his children, Tina L. Taylor of Chatham and Thomas Randall Lewis of Chatham; and his siblings, Dora Seamster of Providence, N. C., Catherine Haskins of Chatham and John Lewis of Danville. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
