She is survived by: her husband Alfred Lanier; her son Minister Bobby Robinson; her siblings, Virginia Smith of Bayboro, NC, Johnnie Smith of Bayboro, NC, Donald Smith (Sheila) and George Bryant (Dorothy) of New Bern, NC; her children, Adolph Moore of Washington, DC, Leo Lanier (Erica) of Danville, Virginia and Rita (James) of Texas; her aunts, Kate Jones of Maribel, NC and Louidell Smith of New Bern, NC; her siblings-in-law, Zelma, Elaine, Doroty, Evelyn, James of Virginia, Leroy of Virginia and Walter of Virginia; and her sister Penny. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of J. L. Dodson and Sons Funeral Establishment (447 Old South Main St, Danville, VA 24541). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:45 PM at the J. L. Dodson & Sons Funeral Est. (25824 Greensville Ave, Petersburg, VA 23803). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of J. L. Dodson and Sons Funeral Establishment (447 Old South Main St, Danville, VA 24541).
