He is survived by: his daughter Tori Mitchell of Burlington, NC; his grandchildren, Jaidale Slade, Noah Poteat, Tori Foust, Tora Clark and Toria Foust; his great grandchildren, Jalyssa Slade, Jaloni Slade and Sevan Poteat; and his brother Jerry Clark, Sr. (Penny) of Danville, VA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
