He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Emerson of Danville, VA, Mahala Fitzgerald of Danville, VA and Jackie Wilson (Vinson) of Virginia Beach, VA; his siblings, Patsy Emerson of Dry Fork, VA, Shirley Price of Danville, VA, Carol Williamson (Curtis) of Danville, VA, Janet Fuller (Steve) of Danville, VA, Tommie Lee Emerson (Teresa), Bernard Emerson (Bernice) of Jamaica, NY, Ricky Emerson (Debra) and Nathan Emerson of Danville, VA; his uncle Harold Taylor of Baltimore, MD; and his grandchildren, Janelle Wilson and Jasmine Wilson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relative and friends.
